I had a fantastic 5-night stay where I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the cozy Corner Triple Room that fit my family comfortably. The on-site massage options were a nice bonus, offering both Swedish and aromatherapy massages that helped us unwind after a day out. One small detail was that the room layout felt a bit awkward at times, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience! 😊

I stayed at Nishitetsu in Fukuoka for three nights. The location wowed me. So many shops and cafes within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and I even enjoyed a takeaway coffee. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast. My room felt a bit cramped but included all necessary amenities. I appreciated the eco-friendly approach of reduced housekeeping. However, the air conditioning was a major downside. I couldn't cool the room down as promised. The front desk said they only had heating available, which led to discomfort at times. I also faced noise issues since my room faced the street. Overall, I liked my stay, but improvements in temperature control and soundproofing are needed.

Location is very convenient to Tenjin Station. The rooms feel dated with outdated furniture. Breakfast buffet had a great variety.

Really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect—lots of shops nearby, and the room was surprisingly spacious. I loved the eco-friendly cleaning policy. it made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
But seriously, the wallpaper was older than my last boyfriend. I mean, a little refresh wouldn’t hurt, right?

The location is excellent, with convenient access to public transport and numerous shopping and dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet offers a delightful variety, and the friendly staff, especially during breakfast service, enhanced the experience significantly. However, the room felt a bit cramped for the standard size and charges for early check-in were excessive, particularly for returning guests.
